Best UK road trips/tourist sites...?
As some of you may know in June I receive and nice little chunk of money. Also sitting my driving test next month. Been REALLY depressed and in such a dark place for months. Planning a big *** road trip and need some places to go.
I live in Scotland, Fife. I already have plans to go to the following places and do the following things...
- Visit Wallace Monument in Stirling (See the real Wallace sword)
- Visit Loch Ness (Surprisingly for the first time)
- Camp in the Scottish highlands
- Visit Stonehenge
- Visit all 37 castles in Fife
- Visit London Museums.
Please give some ideas...

You gotta go the lake district then dude. Also why not climb Nevis, Snowdon and Scarfell? That's 3 trips right there.

Isle of Skye is beautiful and if you do, visit Dunvegan Castle they do boat rides to see the seals. You get up close.
I've been a few times, the road trip from Inverness is great.
To get on the island you can take the easy bridge or the dodgy ferry on the other side and then your on very narrow roads.
If you go to Stone henge check out a stone circle just north of there Avebury. You can just walk around there, really nice.
Amazing place i went to in Scotland was Kinlochbervie and hired a fishing boat, saw a pair of whales while stood on the bow amazing.
Have a good trip.
