Theres quite a lot of things missing from the editor that everyone is probably already aware of but to be specific:
-Enemy AI helicoptor reinforcements?
-Some sort of special Royal Army/Guard units? Seen in some of the fortresses with a more red uniform pattern.
-Some missing buildings?
-Some way for players to customize their weapons, unless restricted by level creator.

Yes, Ubisoft does not include ALL items in the Map Editor unfortunately,

I've never understood why however.
