I don't think it is in the game (yet atleast). But i remember seeing it in the multiplayer beta with some type of superhero outfit as well.

I got that outfit with preorder I think. It's sweet; basically the only thing my Rider wears haha

I'm thinkin' it's part of some cool new DLC with a bunch of items. Can't wait!
