I just finished my latest playthrough but left a few of the bomb defusals etc to do later. Today I noticed something unusual - Lhumtse Barracks outpost was still showing the red flag for enemy occupied. I checked in my Progress and it said 24/24 Outposts liberated. I got closer and there it was with the fire burning, Royal Army on duty ! Has anyone had this happen ? I cannot have used Outpost Master as I hadn't been near it all day.

Is it possible that Min's army RETOOK the outpost while you were somewhere else in the game?
I know that they periodically tried to attack some of my outposts.

I don't think so. They try to retake the outposts until you liberate the nearest Fortress but even if you don't go back to help defend the outpost they never rrtake it.
