Far Cry 4 Community Website - Map Editor Update

We're pleased to announce a new key feature for our Community Hub - Downloading Maps from the site to the platform you play the game on!

    In order to take advantage of this feature, please follow these instructions;

    Step 1

Please go to our Community Map website HERE and log in with your Uplay account. You can then browse the site to find the website you'd like play.

    Step 2

Find the map you'd like to play and click the "Add it to your in-game favourites" button.

    Step 3

Once the map is added to your favourites, you can then find it in your favourites tab in game.

You are then free to play the maps found in your favourites tab at any time in the future.

We hope that you all enjoy playing some of the fantastic maps which can be found in the map browser.

    Thanks.

Hi Ubi_JAX: A whole herd of us out here need your expert help!

I'm not sure if you're aware, but the Community map sites above - globally - where we get and follow our stats, are all being redirected to the Primal US site. Would you look into it, please?

We have a long wait before FC5 "takes over", and it seems that many of us cannot survive without this facility!

    Many Thanks,

    pj

I agree with pj_3. I have been going to this site several times a day for a long time. At least get the community map site back up, please.

Hi, looks like I have the same request. Could you fix the website, or is Far Cry 4 considered end of life or something? An official statement or announcement would help!

There are so many maps out there, and the site really helps with shedding the quality from the quantity!

hate to say it ... but it may be dead ..damn ya UBI *shakes fist*

it's moved to several different titles over the past few weeks ...we need that site back up as it was very very useful for the community that bought and supported Far Cry 4

I somewhat managed to revive the site, check out http://maps.farcry.eu

Unfortunately, I can't retrieve detailed information on maps (like modifiers in effect, or the map author), but at least it's something.

Small update: Ubisoft's map API was shut down, but now my Far Cry 4 Community Maps site at https://maps.farcry.eu/ updates again.

Sadly, I still can not retrieve the names of the map & author, but the thumbnails are there & you can use the index to play custom maps across PC/XBOne/PS4 platforms via MapSwapper!
