No, and I hope they continue to pull back on multiplayer gaming, and put that effort into single player.
At most they should offer DLC that gives you guys the scenery elements from the new games to map under the FC2 editor. Why? Because multiplayer is the same dang thing, over and over again. You don't want a story, you don't want anything to fight for or against, all you want is to run around shooting stuff up, and playing the hero you'll never be in real life.
Gaming took a giant turn in the wrong direction with multiplayer gaming. Need eveidence? Buy any version of the Cal of Duty series, and play the entire single player "campaign" (training) in half a weekend. That's the problem.
Just continuously lease mapping elements so you guys can pretend you are doing something different and worth while as you run around and blast each other, suffer the hackers, and see your names on the fabulous leader boards, because everyone knows high scores in games makes you worship worthy.

Far_Cry2_Fan, I totally agree with you! I'm also a single player gamer and finding games with decent single player mode is daunting to say the least. That is what I enjoyed about Far Cry 4. The mishandling of DLC content, I.e. can't replay and no management over published maps (complete crap with top ratings) is what soured me on the game.
Just don't keep your eyes on this game. It has matchmaking and p2p and it's already a bad thing. If they will release the MP Editor we would just get back to FC3 again.Originally Posted by Nic727 Go to original post
