Stuttering, focus on fixing the stuttering

Besides those suffering from frequent crashes the most important aspect of making this a playable game is to fix the stuttering. While it's appreciated that you include interface tweaks and such it's not at all a priority.
    • 1. If the framerate drops below 60fps it stutters. Doesn't matter how high of a refresh rate you have or which settings you use in the game.
    • 2. If the framerate is higher than 60fps AI driven vehicles stutter as soon as they turn on the roads. Kind of like when you have two objects moving next to each other. If one moves with integer values and the other with floating points you get one object that stutters it's way forward.
    • 3. The most annoying type of stutter is while driving a vehicle yourself traversing the landscape. The asset streaming makes the screen freeze for a fraction of a second all the time. Takes away all the fun.

I have a configuration that far exceeds the recommended specs.
-i5 2500K @ 4.3GHz (tried without overclocking to see if that alleviated the issue, but it did not.)
    -16GB DDR3 @ 1600MHz
-GTX970 G1 (Might add that the game is never using more than 3.5GB of VRAM. Most I've seen it use is 3.3GB)
    -Running Win 8.1 X64.

This is the only game that behaves like this.
Oh and the game is installed on a Intel 330 SSD.

The netcode is another aspect in need of a serious band-aid. Trying to play coop? Eh.....
100MBit connection downstream, 10Mbit upstream. COOP partner has the same.

They're never going to fix this game because they don't know how to fix this game.

I have no stuttering at all now although I had minor stuttering before I fully upgraded my system, runs flawlessly at 85 -100 FPS on Ultimate settings

I now have Intel 4690 3.50GHz, Asus Maximus VII Ranger, 16Gb Kingston 2133MHz, very old Samsung hardrive Win 7 64 Ultimate

The stuttering is the reason why I dropped the game.

    None at all? Really?
No stuttering while driving over larger distances? What GPU do you have?
Can tell you right away that fps related stuttering is just one of them. Even with 85-100fps AI-driven vehicles still stutter while they're turning on roads.
If not the streaming issues still persists. Making the game stutter ever so often while traversing the map.

I have no reason to lie, it does not stutter at all even at high speed driving, I posted my specs in the post above , I have an MSI Gamer GTX 980

You didn't write which GPU you have in the first post.
Still don't believe you don't get any stutters while driving or flying over larger areas.

Post a video of this magically stutter free driving then. And it doesn't count if you use xml file tweaks that make textures look like crap or use medium textures in game.

All has to be maxed out or it is not stutter free, as high res texture loading is what causes it in first place.

Why the heck should I go to all the trouble to make a video, I don't even have the means to make a high quality video, if you don't believe I have no stuttering then that's fine & I'll lose no sleep over it
