I just played through this track and I was able to easily pass each obstacle and none of them involved a fender grab.Originally Posted by RoguishRonin Go to original post
And besides, you guys have a ninja obstacle in Way of the Machine with the drop down about 2/3rds into the track. was their a debate about putting this track into the game as well?
EDIT; in fact, Rhomulus X9 is quite easier than Way of the Machine. I would consider WOTM to be border line hard extreme to easy level 1
You Shall Not Pass has a fender grab, and it is a Redlynx track.Originally Posted by RoguishRonin Go to original post
I don't know why you'd be against it. Fender grabs are not out of the realm of difficulty that extreme techniques have.

This brings up an interesting point: how much is the difficulty of extremes going to be inflated until Ninjas are considered an official difficulty? Will easier overhangs like in the beginning of Hellhole (by kalianhagle on PC) start being considered hard-extreme obstacles? Its one of many reasons I advocate making Ninja an official difficulty. The last thing I think anyone wants to see is someone going from Hard to Extreme, jumping into a track with a difficulty similar to WOTM and going, "wait, WTF IS THIS?!?!?!"
And I think RL should at least try and dip their toes in the water with putting Ninjas on x-platform TC. Easy level 1s should be doable by anyone who can get gold on WOTM![]()
Anything extreme is considerd to be exceeding the boundries of possibility that is initially thought impossible using the true gravity and machinics of the bike but is infact possible. Ninja however is beyond the boundries of possibility within the context of using the machanics of the bike and beyond the true nature of a anything that is possible in reality. If i am correct int the way a fender grab works and that is that you pinch the under part of the ramp and spin backwards and over till you in the corect upright position. This is not a possible move without maybe killing your self within the mechanics or true life hence the meaning ninja. I could be wrong in the way a fender grab works and yes it is a possible stunt but in a very minor scale where the back whell is just used for a slight push and momentary movement oh an object or lets say a hill.
Extreme while is hard and thought maybe impossible still sticks to the true nature of what is really achievable and what is not. Ninja isnt a possiblity for everyone withn this game and is a small amount that can do it so therefore it would be a mistake on a game to put so much time into a small percent of player howevere unfortunate. This is why they leave the tc voting system the way it is , so atleast the ninjas and alot of extreme get something in return for thier game play..
i think anyway and i could be wrong about the way a fender bender works in this game , my skill level is pants
thats the way i thinkit might be seen anyhow
lmao @ typo fender bender , gonna leave it in![]()
I still prefer some way for ninjas to get their own place/feed.
Right now searching Extremes you cannot see if it's ninja unless it has ninja in the title or go through the details 1 by 1 to see the tag.
So either we need Tag filtering (along with other improvements suggested in the TC feedback thread like date/time search) or ninja their own difficulty.
I'm all for supporting ninjas, give them their own feed, keep them out of regular top rated feed (make a top rated ninja feed).

Thier own feed would suit all better and give them a better place to also shine for what they are
It might be because the first Trials I got into was Trials HD. I don't recall needing fender grabs to complete in-game extremes in HD, Evolution or Fusion. Can we take a second to remember just how freaking difficult some of those Trials 2 SE tracks were?Originally Posted by xzamplez Go to original post
