Dumptruck is collecting information on users who have experienced this glitch. There is no promise that there will be any compensation rewarded, however I believe one of the mods posted in another thread in the support section that if you were looking for compensation then you should go through their customer service branch. In time they MAY either fix the upgrades that were affected, give you compensation in the form of coins and gems to rebuild your bike or do nothing. ALL THOSE OPTIONS ARE PURELY SPECULATION ON MY PART THOUGH.

Glitches happen, it's an unfortunate part of games. The same glitch has happened to Dumptruck, so I imagine he is a keen as you are to see a resolution. All we can do is be patient I'm afraid.

Like I said, I have been contacted by support and they offered to upgrade my bikes back to normal. I was lucky they responded to be honest. It is only Support that can fix it. Just be careful. They already didn't read the third one I submitted, and claimed it was a duplicate of the first two incidents. It was obvious they didn't read the ticket, and just marked it down immediately. So be careful with what you write.

iviarkD has a point here. When submitting Tickets, try to include as much information as you can in a very organized way so the Dev's can easily respond without being confused about what the issue actually is.

When your contacted directly, then would be the time to add any information about any other things that may have happened since submitting your ticket rather then creating new ones.

I will be including this thread in an email to the Dev's I'm sending out tonight. Thank you all for your continued patience on the matter.

I think it was fixed, but I don't think upgrading to 10 was the cause in the first place. I think it could glitch to zero even if you were at say 8 or something. As far as I remember, the problem occurred if you started using the buttons at the top of the screen while you were in the garage. I could be wrong on all of this so I might need some backup here. iviarkD?
