Error 0xc000007b application was unable to start. Tried EVERYTHING...

I have the error 0xc000007b I tried literally everything. I did windows update, tried the D3DX9_43.DLL deletion and reinstalled direct x, tried deleting msvcp100.dll and doing the vcredist_x64.exe in the C:\Program Files (x86)\Ubisoft\Ubisoft Game Launcher\games\Far Cry 4\Support\Software\VCRedist... still nothing. Graphics drivers updated. Every other game works on my system. I have the newest intel i5 (x64), gtx 970, 16gb ram at 1600mhz, 1tb drive, and i max every game out... every game runs except this. This game wont even start.. I tried to re verify files, reinstalling, nothing. I just waste 60$... I really want to play. I have been trying over a week and nothing works. I dont know what else to do. Its updated to the latest patch and everything. Anyone help me out?? is there some kind of log that I can post? I tried literally every youtube video that had a potential fix. plz ubisoft dont do me like dis I am pretty tech savvy but this just stumps me.

This is a very old thread, but I appreciate you linking to a video you think has a fix.
