Fire in The Deep - Best DLC so far!

Just wanted to say that this DLC is my favourite so far, the tracks look sweet and really nice drivelines! Big up to RedLynx, they have really raised the bar with this DLC!

Love the rundown steampunk city look on some of the tracks like "Downtown Fracture" & "Bottom Dweller". A much better look than the shiny metal of the original tracks i think

It's pretty good! I just have two complaints:

    • The first track is infuriating with all those things flying by that are ONLY there to make you crash. If you jump a bit too high or stay on a platform a bit too long you're gone. That's not fun, it's just frustrating. (I've still platted the track, but I didn't really enjoy it.)
    • The single Extreme track is too easy. My skill level is nowhere near the elite players, and I got through it with 32 faults on my first attempt and just 9 faults on my second. That's not very much for the first few attempts on a new Extreme track. And if I can do that, I can only imagine how easy this track must be for the REALLY good players. I mean, having an "easy" Extreme in each pack is fine, but then I think there should also be a truly challenging one (Way of the Machine is a good example of that IMO) to give the more experienced players (who are the biggest fans of the series) something to bite into.

But yeah, overall I'm having fun with the tracks.

Should be pretty soon if they said all DLCs will be out by end of March!

Not too sure what to make of the next DLC it just looks like the shiny metal theme from the original tracks but will have to see, i am really looking forward to the final "After The Incident" DLC, think it will round the game off nicely with that theme!

Yeah i thought the train level was a cool idea and the executed it percetly but your right those lamp post things that hit you were not needed really and ruined that track a little bit but enjoyed it anyway.

As for the Extreme its a little easier than some previous ones but Extreme tracks do vary in difficulty and i think that one is just perfect as even casual players could still get platinum if they grind it long enough
