I got error #3_5eaa9404_3 like four weeks after Chistmas. Now I just come to the map and stuck there. Pls help.

Infinite loading screen after the #3_5eaa9404_3 error code was fixed

I did not have the spinning issue prior to #3_5eaa9404_3 error.

UBI fixed the #3_5eaa error but now I'm stuck on only a spinning icon on the bottom of the screen. No error messages at all appear and only the "PS" button functions.

When I first got #3_5eaa error I uninstalled and reinstalled the game (before I knew it had nothing to do with the PS4). So this is a relatively new installation of the game.

I haven't been able to play for so long now, I keep deleting it and redownloading it in the hope that ubi send out a patch, but I guess it must be down to my game save, that's the issue with online only games eh!

But if someone could help that would be great.

Check that it has downloaded the whole game in library and info on the crew. It won't start if it's not fully downloaded but still downloads in the background, strange choice by UBI.
