I have not been able to play on my main account since 4th of Feb stuck on loading screen the top bar showing location and my player location do not show up only the loading.. notice at bottom of screen. I have put in a ticket but have had no response as of yet. I have tested my PS4 setup on a second account on the same PS4 and Modem I have changed nothing and game works fine only thing is my main account is half way thru and has season pass. The issue must be at your end as the game would not work on second account if it was my end.

game starts I click continue at option screen from there it goes to black screen with loading at bottom right corner of my screen and it stays there I tried leaving it on I came back home still there please help I love this game and I just started it again please some type of help I would love to start playing again

So nearly two weeks ago I submitted a ticket for this problem and still no fix.

Is anyone else having the same appalling service from Ubisoft? Not even the common decency to reply to questions asked. ubisoft should be ashamed of itself, but they don't care at all. I would think for the second weekend on the trot they are on wind down to go home and enjoy the weekend. (Probably playing Forza Horizon 2)

Is our game going to be fixed for the weekend? If hell freezes over we may have a chance but I wouldn't put money on it.
