I had this error #3_5eaa9404_3 few weeks ago, I wrote to the support few times and nobody replyed to me. Then few days ago this error #3_5eaa9404_3 dissapeared, but now stuck at USA map, it is loading forever and nothing happens, loading indicator is spinning.
Since you seem incapable to fix this problem in a timely manner, can you please delete my save so I can start the game over.

Hi, my game has the infinite load screen on start up. I'm not sure if this sill has to do with previous issues or something new. Here is what happens.
I start my game (digital download)
Game loads as normal to the start screen.
I push X to access the main menu.
When I press continue, the screen shows 'Loading Saved Data' and freezes instantly.
Music still plays however the animations of the crew logo freeze as well as the loading circle.
Please Help!
My console is PS4 and my PSN is Buzz-Kill0213
EDIT: I just tried it after this post and it continued to the "loading" screen with the loading emblem in the lower right corner and stayed in that screen for 10 minutes before I finally closed the game
I have been unable to play my game at all for over a month.
My game gets stuck on the map of America loading screen every time.
Please someone respond.
I have posted here with no answer. I have contacted ubi.support to no avail.

Hey guys, our team is doing weekly fixes for unique accounts. You need to do the following for us to be able to fix it:
- Go to https://support.ubi.com/en-GB/AskQuestion
- Select the appropriate options from the dropdown menus
- In the "Category" dropdown, choose Multiplayer
- For Subject, please enter "Connection problem / Infinity Loading" (just copy/paste, don't alter this)
- In the body of the message, include your PSN ID, and if possible the date when the issue started for you

I must say, this is getting ridiculous. I opened a ticket back in beginning February, sent the question as asked above and nothing changed. I don't really mind not being able to play, problems happen but the lack of communication and support is frustrating. Nobody knows when the issue will be solved and we're not hearing anything from Ubisoft..
