    its ridiculous i bought the game and the pass and to have enough crew credits to get those nice whips i spent nearly 200euros im on level 50 and got mad cars, for what? half of the world cant play the freakin game for weeks, ubisoft, you guys need to fix up and finish the games before releasing them instead of conning the players and leaving us out when it goes wrong once money's been spent. Theres so many tickets open even paris underground metro dont sell as many, come on guys, fix the game up please!

    2 weeks is that all pall been waiting since 26/1/15 all i keep getting from support is some *comment removed* were looking into it heres to another 4 weeeks even sent *removed* Ubisoft" a message still waiting........................................... .
    even spent half an hour on the phone to playstation helpline today(probably cost me £5) all they said was its a software problem goodbye

    It has been nearly 3 weeks since I bought the game. I have gone through every avenue i have to get this fixed but you and your company obviously don't care. The game does not give error codes, it shows the map of the U.S. loading.. INFINITELY! Please fix this or send me the full amount I paid for the game. I did not buy it to look at and hope that it gets fixed. You dropped the ball for the first time UBISoft and I am disappointment. Don't just send this to support because i did that already. I can write all of the tickets i want, you sending it again will not help. If the problem is that you are getting too many tickets to keep up with and I have to have someone else report it for to get it fixed then you have truly failed us customers and your company. Make an actual statement as to what is going on and how to fix it. (I'm not the only one). Please do something. I would rather play the game than settle for a 16 dollar trade in (a 44 dollar LOSS).

    I second this. These problems have been around since BETA!!!! Is it fiscally smart to release a broken game just to hit your deadline? You did, but it has all of the same problems and now people are paying you for it. How Morally wrong is this!? we would have rather waited for a working game than get cheated out of our money and still have to trade the game in for 10% of what we paid? Come on, you're supposed to be a respectable company.

    Alright ubisoft, I just received an extremely ignorant response to my ticket (02050184) regarding this issue. After basically saying there's nothing you can do, you end the message with this.

    "We thank you for your patience and hope that you are enjoying your game otherwise."

    Now how could I enjoy this game otherwise considering IT DOESN'T WORK?

    Other users have had their game fixed through this forum apparently. You may just want to communicate that to the rest of the company you think?

    I'm starting to think they can't fix it and are just waiting for all of us to give up. Mines been like this since the 29 of January I'm about done with it all and gonna consider the 60 dollars wasted and will never buy a ubisoft title after this
