Read the post this issue was resolved but its not for me as well.. Called tech support they said they didnt hear of a script fix and im on a list to get it fixed and that im a few of many having the problem yet there are many threads reporting this issue..

I have sent video of whats happening yet I get no updates unless I call and they say the same thing.. Why do so get the fix and others dont is it a regional problem with the servers?

Being in the DMZ that shouldnt matter..

Please help or if u cant fix it say so and give my money back this is so bad service sorry to say but it is.. Never had a game do this ever..

PS4 is fine network is fine its your end please fix 50Level on the game 30 cars maxed, real money spent, now i cant play the game..

NAT 1 or 2 dont work nor does DMZ..

Common... Im not a kind and disabled and this is a vent for me.. Lil help be nice

Same problem still persisting for me.

Only had the game for 2 weeks and the majority of the time have not been able to play. This reflects rather poorly on Ubisoft and has definitely influenced my future purchases.

Who can I contact in order to get a refund since the game is unplayable in its current state and the physical retailer will not take the disk back as it has been more than a week.

hey guys, the latest information: we ran a script yesterday that should've fixed most people's save game issues, infinite loading and the fog of war issues. If you are still having this issue, please contact our customer support.

I've had the game since launch, managed to get a game about a week after buying it, then been on and off since. The past few weeks have been impossible. Managed to get on a couple of times over the past few days, in between the usual number errors.

Can't get on again today. Apparently PSN is fine. I know it's down for maintenance later today but they are reporting normal service as of right now.

Had this game pre-ordered since September 2013, it's a shame it's turned out to be such a bad purchase. £50 for a game you can sometimes play (plus the £40 per year for PS+). Wonderful.

On a side note, I noticed (when I actually got on the other day) that I had finally got my per order DLC, only took two months. Thanks.

My ticket was closed and the problem became worst !!

it used to be the infinte loading, now the game shuts down before accessing the main menu

Thought I would load game and do update for my grandson ready for when he gets here BUT UBISOFT have messed up again
Did the update wouldnt let me logg into Uplay then finnaly reset game back to day of installation and now error 01
I now have a 11 year old boy staying with me for 3 days who was expecting to play this

this time its either money back or reset to the level the game was at

I will be ring my solicitor later today
