    Game won't load

    Same trouble here. Spinning at the map. Haven't been able to play for a week!
    Can someone help with this? My connection is fine.

    Yes I have. I first noticed that when it only partially downloaded and said it was ready to play, the error was different. After the full download that's when I got the error message I posted

    hey guys, the latest information: we ran a script yesterday that should've fixed most people's save game issues, infinite loading and the fog of war issues. If you are still having this issue, please contact our customer support.

    I tested my account right now and still stuck at loading screen.
    I have a ticket in 02030388 from the 4th of Feb, do I need to add to it "I am still stuck" ? As of moment I have not had a single reply from support on the matter.

    Read the post this issue was resolved but its not for me as well.. Called tech support they said they didnt hear of a script fix and im on a list to get it fixed and that im a few of many having the problem yet there are many threads reporting this issue..

    I have sent video of whats happening yet I get no updates unless I call and they say the same thing.. Why do so get the fix and others dont is it a regional problem with the servers?

    Being in the DMZ that shouldnt matter..

    Please help or if u cant fix it say so and give my money back this is so bad service sorry to say but it is.. Never had a game do this ever..

    PS4 is fine network is fine its your end please fix 50Level on the game 30 cars maxed, real money spent, now i cant play the game..

    NAT 1 or 2 dont work nor does DMZ..

    Common... Im not a kind and disabled and this is a vent for me.. Lil help be nice

    Same problem still persisting for me.

    Only had the game for 2 weeks and the majority of the time have not been able to play. This reflects rather poorly on Ubisoft and has definitely influenced my future purchases.

    Who can I contact in order to get a refund since the game is unplayable in its current state and the physical retailer will not take the disk back as it has been more than a week.
