    Ubisoft Support ignore my ticket for 1 week now! I CAN'T PLAY FAR CRY 4!

    Is there anyone at Ubisoft Support? I bought far cry 4 and i played it for 3 hours! Then cause of problems of my pc i formatted! When i download again ubiplay app and i loggin my account, Far Cry 4 wasn't at my library! And i BOUGHT the game from a gamestore I have Far Cry 4 Limitied edition for like 2 weeks now and I CAN'T PLAY! I Paid it! Thank you in advance! I hope someone answer to me.

    and? I'm not surprised, or they do not respond, or they say "the new patch will fix all bugs" bugs instead survive! and are alive!

    1 week? Hahaha, they have ignored mine for OVER 6 WEEKS now! This support is absolutely abysmal.

    Ticket 01855882, 7 weeks old now. The only reply I got was the question "Is this still an issue?". Three times. Answered twice, my third reply wasn't printable.
