takes awhile bud , you have to get ya self heard or seen , like i did when i first started a track thread. I got me sel finvolved in debates and so forth which got people checking my tracks out

That tracks looks really cool bud , i havent been on tc for a while because i was making my track but if i get chance will have a go of it tonight. The only thing i would suggest it maybe its alittle to short , i find quick speed runs are healthy about 30 to 40 but thats only my prefference but it looks really good decor wise. Good to see you try a different types of weather , really like the sort of oriental flower theme you got going on. Looking good bud looking good.

    keep it up mate ,

( ps yeah try get ya self known alittle within the room , this helped me loads with feeback and so forth ) just ask if you want specific advice off specific people , only some bite anyway lol

Only feedback I can give on that simplicity track is to vary up the rotation/variation of some of the trees in the background a bit more after about halfway the track, right now some look like copy-paste as they have the same orientation a few times in a row.

It's a very minor issue however, it's just my eye for detail picks up things like that.

I can't play the track as I am on different platform, so just going by the video.

It does look cool overall however, keep on going.

    Hey CSS,

Looking at the videos on OP, I'd like to point out few things. Keep in mind these are my personal opinions only

First of all, I think you are doing great job with lighting and environmental settings.
But just like you said yourself too, the obstacles feel very copy-pasted and "cheap". There seems to be very few obstacles in the background too. I personally like realistic and detailed tracks, it would be nice to see some thought on the driving line obstacles. Because now they look like random ruin pieces sticking from the ground. There seems to be no real reason for them being there. Also, it looks there's no depth behind the driving line, just trees and rocks close to driving line.

One tip, would be try to split your track in few "pieces", try to variate the obstacles you are driving on and also on the background. Try to "mesh" (is this a word?) the objects between driving line and background, so there isn't just driving line and background but one solid environment you are driving on.

Again, picking up a clear theme for the track might help. Try to think obstacles that could fit the theme, not just random ramps and stuff. I know it seems hard and effort-taking, but that's just what I think of a great track - realistic places and objects to drive on.

What I think, why there's not that much of a feedback on your tracks, is because there's not that much "wrong" in them. I just feel you could make really good tracks, if you make that bit extra-effort in decoration/detailing. Anyways, I'll be checking your tracks in future, for sure

P.S. I hope I didn't sound too negative, just tried to point out few things that got in my mind

Maybe you can combine background and driving line, for example you could build the driving go around of that building, so you are driving circularly on an outer wall. The driving line would still need some ramps and stuff, but that's just what I had in mind.

Also I'm not saying not using the ruin pieces as driving line obstacles, but just wanted to see more of realistic structure build with them. So you could build like a small ruin city with huge buildings like that in the background.
