I just think that would be taking things too far. I understand why they had to cut down on the free tickets, I realized a couple of weeks ago that I was able to get enough gems and coins from showdowns that I had more than I could spend. I was able to play as many showdowns as I was because I was getting 100-120 tickets a day for nothing. Once the 10 a day ticketing came in, that was up to about 150-160. They had to cut it down somehow, but there are limits. It's not impossible for them to increase the number of tickets it costs to start an extra showdown, it would just really surprise me if they did it given all the other new measures they've introduced to limit tickets.

Seen all the bolocks introduced in the latest iOS update, I wonder if I will keep on pacing at all. I'm tired of bugs while there is the fact of limiting the players in having some fun and playing by taking off more things and constantly changing teh rating system and prizes to a worse. This is getting over the edge for me, but I will try the next season. Having only 19 friends gives me upto 10-15 tickets per day (and I do try gifting all of them, multiple times per day). If I need 4 times that just so to have some fun, then it's a bye bye from me with new restriction system they're imposing on me. It's no fun anymore, and I don't need a lifetime commitment from the game.

Time will tell, but iOS comments are more then clear to me, as a glimpse of what this game will be in the end... It was the game, while it lasted... I'm 142 on the global Android list (cheaters included as they are still showing up there), I'm ranked from 100 to 80 in the legends LB (pong, no?) but I had it with such greedy behavior, always trying to limit the player nad the fun...

I doubt we will be blown away. I expecting nothing to happen kind of like the millennium everything will just carry on as normal but the timer stops.

I finished collecting chips 12 days before the end of the season, so no need to burn many golden tickets. I also took full advantage of the short period of time we were able to collect 10 golden tickets at once. I was checking my phone all day long so I never missed any. The last week has mostly been preparation for next season.

Yeah, I bought a fair few. Mostly back at the beginning when I was racing up towards the legend league. The ones I had going into season 2 were all saved up through gifting though.
