Ubisoft support ignore my ticket
Well, i am honestly tired of waiting for 6 days alredy for Ubisoft to reply to my ticket and give me anything. 6 days ago i bought the game and i still cannot play it.
Problem is following:
I keep getting "Unable to start the game. Please check that your game has been installed correctly." I have reinstalled the game 3 times, 2 times from my DVDs with patch downloaded afterwards and one time i downloaded entire thing from UPlay. Every time it gave me this error. I even installed it onto different disks yet still it would have the same problem. I hope you can answer this here since you guys ignore tickets.
