    Activation Code Banned

    I am aware that several threads are covering this topic and have all been closed but please hear me out. Like a lot of people my Far Cry 4 Code was banned, however I purchased my key Direct from Uplay. I would like it reactivated.

    Please answer this without doing any of the following things:

    1.) Sending me to this website: https://support.ubi.com/en-gb/ (They are of no help whatsoever.)

    2.) Posting this and then closing the thread:

    "We regularly deactivate keys that were fraudulently obtained and resold. In this case, we are currently investigating the origin of the fraud,
    and will update customers as soon as we have more information to share. In the meantime, customers should contact the vendor from
    whom they purchased the key." (I am trying to contact the original vendor, which by the way is you. You are not making it very easy.)

    Same issue here.

    Give me back my DLC !!

    Last saturday i bought at the uplaystore a new key... on YOUR website... I HAD a key bought on another website and that was cancelled.

    Give me back my legally bought KEY!!!

    Right away

    No arguments about tickets or go here and there.
    Re-instate my DLC immediatly


    BTW I can hand over proof of YOUR delivery and my payment to your company

    Do a crosscheck upon your files... render everything in a good order BEFORE taking any actions against players

    @xMiiSTY.

    I have done all that and it shows now in my files that i have a new update. I keep you all posted if i will be able again to play my DLC...

    @All complaining users.

    My complaint worked !
    I sent my complaint as pointed out by Ubi_Jax and it worked !!
    My todays result is that within a few hours i got my game re-instated.
    I have followed the steps and have demonstrated my emails as proof.

    Ubi sent me a new patch and i am able to play Durgesh DLC again
    I am happy with the quick respond

    My compliments about the Ubi job..

    One thing still remains in the back of my head..
    Next time send me an email with the simple words,, we are sorry for the inconvenience... that would have made this story complete...

    Maybe a good suggestion for the 'next time'

I also set up a new U-play account and FC4 tries to open under my new email iwasr1952@gmail.com, asks for product code but then tells me code is already in use. What do I do now?

      Come on guys, how hard can this be. I want my name to stay Goldwing18 or change to Wizard of Aus. I don't mind which. What I need changed is the registered email address. Delete ian@allstatesrecoveries.com.au as that no longer exists and the domain is closed. Enter my new email address and register the games to it or let me enter the key. My new email address that I want to use is iwasr1952@gmail.com That's it. Simple. I have proven ownership. Register my games to iwasr1952@gmail.com and I can re-enter the validation keys. I don't care, please just fix it.
