Season Pass holders are Last to be Able to Download
I was just able to download the DLC last night. Great going UBISOFT....take people's money use it interest free and put them last when it comes to delivering product. Or in the case of pre-purchase deliver a shoddy product that needs to be patched and patched again.. Real good....LOL

I bought the physical copy of the game.
Shows Season pass is purchased, shows Fire in the Deep purchased, when prompted to download, says I need to pay $4.99.
Come on Redlynx, this is simply not good enough. The DLC is paid for let me download it.
Its bad enough that we has to wait 10 months for multiplayer. Now this.
Get your $hit together Redlynx, this is how not to release a game!

Hellos All! Unfortunately still happening as of today. I made the mistake of contacting MS about the issues, don't go there man!!. They had me delete/ re-load my profile and ALL game and content to try to resolve the download issues with Fire. Now, my game info will not sync. Come to find out last night, there were known issues with this, and the rocket-scientist I was connected with at Microsoft somehow failed to mention that this was a known issue. So instead of telling me to hold tight, they are working on it, he had me running the checklist of general fixes taped to his monitor in front of him. Now, I cannot even play the game period, and my worst fear... my tracks in progress have all been lost to the data in the sky 
Things went from bad to worse for me..
The pieces in the dlc are very good as I can tell. Sickening that I cannot get in there and build. Just adding my woes to the pot. Hope it gets fixed, patched, wrapped, ductaped, heck whatever, SOON.

XB1 U.S. Says I have pass purchased and installed. Almost rather have a refund at this point as this is unacceptable. Had 2 days off to play this and have now wasted both of them CUZ you don't have your stuff together. Glad I paid in advance only to not be taken care of later on. BOO!

Have you guys tried resetting your internet and do a hard reset? {hold power button for a couple sec
while its on or just unplug the power from the back of the console while its off]
Have you tried changing your consoles location to a different country in the Xbox One system settings
so you can try to dowload it from a foreign dashboard?
No idea if any of these tips will even do anything, im just trying to help.
I was able to download the DLC yesterday morning from the US dashboard
even though im not in the USA myself.
I was not, in Trials Fusion, and i didn't get charged for dowloading it.
I went to the Trials Fusion season pass in the Xbox One marketplace and from there i selected Fire in the Deep
and it gave me the option to install it.

Add Ons: Season Pass & DLC 1-4 Checkmarked in game (Only Season Pass & DLC 1-3 are Downloaded)
I own the digital copy of Trials Fusion along with the season pass. The season pass and DLC 1-4 have checkmarks in game, but when i click to download fire in the deep, it asks me to pay $4.99... I have tried everything i can think of to remedy this issue to no avail, thus leading me to the conclusion that this issue is on your end! Please fix this soon.

The same as everyone else. Season pass holder, physical copy of game. Wants to charge $4.99 even though I have season pass. Hopefully a fix is coming soon.

Please do not purchase single DLCs from the marketplace if you own a season pass. We cannot issue refunds and I am fairly certain that the Xbox Policy is that no refunds will be given if you buy the same content in and out of a season pass.
