Season Pass Not Working | Forums

The season pass is not allowing me to get Fire Into the Deep for free. I had no problems getting the other 3 DLC packs, but when I go to download the DLC, it's asking for me to pay even though I have the season pass installed.

I'm going to assume you are playing on Xbox One or Xbox 360. We're aware of this situation and we've got our people working with Microsoft's people to get it all sorted out as soon as possible. I know it's a frustrating thing to happen and I appreciate your patience.

yep same here. season pass is not allowing me to download the fire in the deep dlc without paying for it. I am on Xbox one. Thanks for acknowledging the issue Ronin!

Seriously, can we please get an update on this situation. Unbelievably annoying that your most loyal fans that buy the season pass are not able to play this 3 days after it is released. Anything would be much appreciated sparky.

First off I have played every trials game since the beginning of time and I would like to play the new dlc but........ I can't get onto Microsoft stay on them get it fixed please I'm on XBOXONE help out your fans and ride Microsoft until they fix this

There are a few threads that were created about this issue and they're spread around the forums a bit. I can't respond to each of them, but here's the latest update:

Well, we have a really clear picture of those affected now.

North America
Xbox One
Season Pass
Physical & Digital versions

Thank you all for the information and your continued patience. I can assure you that we have our people working hard to get you access to the content that you already own. Please do not purchase single DLCs from the marketplace if you own a season pass. We cannot issue refunds and I am fairly certain that the Xbox Policy is that no refunds will be given if you buy the same content in and out of a season pass.

Update: Fire in the Deep is now available for Trials Fusion season pass owners on Xbox One. Thank you for the amazing patience you have shown.
