    Xbox One player

My gamer tag is Jedi Master Tom (on Xbox One) and I am currently working on my first map. Although I played and loved FC3, I never put any time into the map editor because I found it to be a little overwhelming. I recently beat FC4 (loved every bit of it) and I decided to sink my teeth into the IGE and it is just great. I still have a lot of work to do but I am getting close to completion.

I will be sure to make a thread here when it is published, but for now keep an eye out for The Boiling Rock on Xbox One in the next week or two!

Lewiraine - I'm a keen map maker on PS4 and PS4 only. Both my Uplay and my PSN account is under the name of Lewiraine. Feel free to look at my maps and leave me with your opinion.

I am kind of in a bit of a personal crisis when it comes to map editing right now, as this JackSepticEye fandom is killing the map community.

PC. I had never used any software like this in the past, Far Cry 4 opened up a new world for me.

My map progression from initial to latest:

    Astoria
    Klammath Falls
    Hidden Lake
    Long Island, HARD

Now if only we could somehow overcome the invincible map jacksepticeye disease that is sucking the life out of the map browsers.....topic for a different thread I suppose

Appreciate the effort Ubi Jax, thanks.

    I'm on PS4 (and I hope to find a cheap copy of FC4 soon so I can play on XBO and PS3 as well). My PSN ID is STIGEVEN, and I've published;
    "Hopeless Escape"
    "Desert Road Rage"
    "Kepler-22b"
The first one I'm extra proud of!

    Obsessive-compulsive map maker seeks constructive feedback! - PS3 -

I've made two maps for PS3, and I'd love to hear feedback from anyone about their playability. I hate the "god mode" maps that dominate the best ranked lists--at least they seem to fill up the PS3 rankings. Boring, slightly infantile, and usually look like they took about fifteen minutes to make. I made my first map an Extraction scenario, trying to simulate a survival horror situation. Not easy as machete-wielding maniacs move a lot faster than the undead (and they throw projectiles!) I designed it to have two possible paths--a kill 'em all main path with some problem solving elements ("how do you get the jeep out of the garage? how do you survive the street without the jeep?") and a hidden back way that lets you stealth the whole map--almost--while still spawning all waves so you can see the hordes of baddies trying to block you from the plane when you reach the tarmac... . My second map I just finished is an Assault that again tries to create problem solving scenarios utilizing vehicles and on hand resources to address a very formidable (I hope) first and second wave, with exploration and detailed environments that occasionally reward the more compulsive player.

    They are called:

EXTRACTION: "Desperate Escape FNL" (I published this in various stages of development for my coop partner to try--FNL is the final version)
ASSAULT: "Inglorious Bunkers" (I have a few tweaks to make to this map, but it's a fully armed and operation battle station as is...)

I'd love to hear how intuitive my environmental challenges seem to you guys (and gals), and any other comments--preferably constructive--you have about them!

    Hello 360ers!

I currently have 11 maps uploaded to the servers , and 2 that have some finishing touches to do . All of my maps had a good ammount of detailed work in them ; so when they get out ranked by something that took 15 minutes tops to make , I get pretty dissappointed. But that's completely different topic. Back on track here ; I try and make my maps feel challenging , yet easy . I just want players to think about what they're about to do before they go in guns blazing.

    anyway my GT is mattyjones444

    Current map listings

sabotuer : an island Extraction map where you have to destroy enemy artilary / communications

snow base : an Assault map , and my first attempt of making a snowy map. make your way to the base but watch out for enemy mortar strikes from the ridge!

standoffish : Assault map , and black ops 2 remake of "standoff" remastered for fc4
    (easter egg)

hold up : a verry small , condensed Assault map where you have to keep moving to avoid enemy mortar teams from either side , while simultaneously avoiding heavies

lian yu : an archipeligo Assault map where enemy waves get harder and harder as you make your way to the main island

valley struggle : A "Tomb Raider" styled Assault map
that comes complete with a cave system and 2 enemy bases

triad mansion easy : a linear Extraction map where you have to escape from the triad drug lords. (1 easter egg)

triad mansion hard pt 1: linear Assault map where you have to once again escape the triad drug lords , but with even more snipers around every corner (2 easter eggs)

bsboe : Berkley Station Boys On Everything ! I ended up remaking my neighborhood into a massive open Assault map . 3 mortar teams calls for a lot of explosive gameplay

snake eater linear Extraction map definitely captured the mgs feeling

snow snipe? huge mountainous Extraction map with a lot of snipers. My first remake of someone else's map

    IM CURRENTLY STILL WORKING ON

    complex smaller condensed assault map

skywatch isle : a temple Assault map still tweaking enemy spawns so they're not as overwhelming
