Will (or knows anybody how to become them) the fast-moving and EM-field- visions, the flashlight and the laser on weapons become available in the single player missions?

Fisher is NSA's best, which is why he works alone, and he doesnt need all that stuff. And a light on the rifle wouldn't exactly be ideal for him being stealthy.
