    Ubisoft, this is garbage!

    My key has been banned after twenty plus hours of game play... I have made a ticket with the help system, no response. I have called ubisoft, told to contact site where I bought it. They told me to contact ubisoft, I have. My second call with ubi resulted in the rep telling me that they couldn't do anything and that I should contact my card service. There is no way that I'm going to get a refund on a game that I bought that long a go. They also told me that the "higher ups" said that they weren't going to replace any keys! What is this? Customer service, I think not! I have been told that since I bought my game and played it for a good amount of time that I cant do anything and the company that produced the game, and has a F-ing key gen cant just replace the key that THEY deactivated! They said that the vendor has to do something, the vendor says its on ubi's side. OK so ubi is never getting any of my money again! Good riddance you POS filthy company.

    Yes, Ubisoft have digged so far, they're now swimming in a sea of garbage...

    deep below the surface.

    I bought a key, redeemed it, and it worked. Now it is gone. Ubisoft. Once we have redeemed the key, you should honour it.

    If you want to fix the problem. Go after the companies that are providing the keys, not the consumer!
