PCI can't recover my password | Forums

As the title says,i cannot recover my password....i mean whenever i put my mail (i.e ) for password recovery,it says the mail is sent with the link

BUT I DON'T SEE ANY NEW MAILS IN MY GMAIL ACCOUNT
please help i really want to play far cry 4 but only this step is stopping me from playing it!!!
