    I don't care if the key is illegal or the sites aren't official. What's official is the money trading hands for your product that YOU let them get their hands on. The site should be punished, not the buyer.

    Mine got banned yesterday too. I contacted KInguin and they reimbursed me 'balance'. Fair play to KInguin. Online chat sorted in 5 mins . Bought another key from them and Im up and running. I think Im safe this time as it was an Nvidia voucher redeem thing so I cant imagine it getting banned. I understand lots of arguments for and against '3rd Party Key sellers ' but in all fairness. These are keys and they should be allowed to be sold from any store. I've been buying from KInguin for over a year and never had a problem. We customers are only looking for the best price as all customers do. Ubisoft should have contacted each of their users before they stopped their games and explained why. People would be more understanding then I believe.Personally I dont care much for Ubisoft. I only own farcry 3 and 4 and Blackflag with them because I love those games. Im currently having stuttering/hitching issues with farcry 4 which is spoiling that experience also. I just wish Ubisoft would try to be nicer with communications with customers. All this secrecy (patch notes and upcoming patches etc) and sneaky game banning ( games already played for a month or so!) will never endear an already Shaky company to users. Maybe Ubisoft should contact Kinguin about their brilliant customer service and get some tips!!!

    Way to combat against piracy UBI... you are doing a superb job and most be commanded! Next time, allow the customer to pay for a game now so they can play it in two years, you will make even more money.

    We regularly deactivate keys that were fraudulently obtained and resold. In this case, we are currently investigating the origin of the fraud, and will update customers as soon as we have more information to share. In the meantime, customers should contact the vendor from whom they purchased the key.

    That's their copy-paste answer to all complaints regarding this issue guys. Just thought you should know.

    I have contacted the retailer, G2A, but unless I get a response from the ubisoft ticket I opened up then they can do nothing.
    Please respond to every ones support tickets with the reason for the cd key ban and they may at least have a chance to get reimbursed for their purchase.
