    Customer support.

    So, i have got pretty tired of looking now for a way to write a ticket to ubisoft.
    I have been googling, calling, tryed to make contact on facebook etc. Nothing works.
    How DO I make a ticket. after 4-5 hours looking trying to get a souloution to my problem, i am just pissed off. I have even asked friends owning the game. Ofc i am talking about farcry.


    and yes.... i bought it on g2a. the problem is that they want a conversation from ubisoft on why the key was banned.... so calling is not an option it seem.
    I am really hoping that there will be no excuses here, atleast ill get the information i need.

    I don't really know what else to say as i am totally-mentally damaged right now.

    Go to the link in my sig.

    You'll have to have a separate login. The support site is separate from this site.

    Click on My Questions in the upper left corner. Open a ticket/question.

    Looks like a simple case of bait and switch off.

    They send out keys to people like G2A resellers then switch them off claiming they are unsupported. Unfortunately that is also illegal on Ubisoft's part as they either knowingly sold a product they would not support, or they are just incredibly dumb.

    I'm tempted to vote for the latter, but that'd be rude, so narcissism it is.

    You weren't specific on the link to click. I am having the same problem as OP. I am assuming you meant the "Ubisoft Support Website" link. I have been on that page forever trying to figure this out. I did use my normal Uplay login to login. I opened a question and it was instantly marked as resolved. I am not sure what kind of witchcraft is going on but the struggle is real. I have never had to do anything like this before so there is that but it seems like places make it really hard to find the proper channels. I have never been so frustrated in a very long time.

    Thank you for your response Ubi-MoshiMoshi. I clicked the link you posted and it took me to a spot I already had been at. I filled out 2 "tickets" at my best guest. After I clicked the link I filled out a 3rd. Every time I submit the question/ticket it says it is instantly resolved. I am so confused, sad, and tired from trying to figure this out all night. Each side says they want this or that and I just want to play Far Cry 4. I realize I should have just bought the game through Uplay or Steam and trust me at this point I wish I would have. I didn't have the full money at the time and I should have just waited. Trust me from this point forward I will. I am just so sad and frustrated.
