"A54", are you talking about the A52 again? Is that a typo?
I know of no A54 in the game or even in real life.
I just picked up the A52 in the Escape From Durgesh DLC though and it's a beast. I hear the Rajgad Gulag Fortress, which serves as a Propaganda Center in the DLC, has a Buzzsaw at times. I'll definitely be heading back there. That little end game scenario is friggin crazy.
The only saving grace of this DLC is weapons, skills and crafted items stay with you after death or time running out.
While in the south, the signature AK Warrior works okay, as does the signature MS16 Trooper (IMHO). This despite the marksman scope on the Trooper, which I do not care for. Also I found the STG-90 to be fine, and if you grab the P416 early, then you're in fine shape - just understand you'll draw a crowd with the un-silent ARs.
Since I am playing on the Hard difficulty, I don't rely on any of the above ARs as my primary means of taking down NPCs.
What exactly are the issues that led to the comment?
MS-16 of course.Originally Posted by Ranger_Vet68 Go to original post
lol..yes that was a "Typo" issue. Yes your correct about the "MS-16" but you still need to go to the "Heavy Weapon" because of the damn dog's. Yes I'm playing this on "Hard Difficulty" and want to use the Bow, and any other weapon where it makes it much more difficult to take the "Enemy" down. Frankly I'm working by best to "Knife" the Enemy.
Here's my "every day" load-out in the south playing on Hard: M79 for sidearm; Bull shotgun, AK Warrior or Shredder, and recurve bow. Depending on any number of factors, will swap out the bow for a silent Z93, and the AR/SMG for a P416. I agree, to use the knife and be as quiet as possible, cuts down on your exposure to the elements, including the wildlife that the game can throw at a player; but the bull is the answer if it all goes to h*ll ...![]()
