This already exist as a storage box at the very back of your ship between the two benches.
I've seen this before when I tried to sparta kick a bad guy overboard but the guy landed on my ship instead and started a fight.
When getting intel from files or computer do you see options to pick what intel you receive? Similarly when holding the manager do you at least see the button prompt to knock out or release?
Also noticed the exact issue described today.

The fallen ghost weapons that you can see in the main game are only ones that made it.
BFG50 and crossbow weren't included for some reason.
I just put 10 points into the master warrior and my Melee Dmg went from 210 to 212, an increase of 1% for 10 points.
So each point in the skill is only worth 0.1% damage increase instead of the 1%...
They can't see it because Ubisoft has not programmed flares to synchronize across multiplayer.
30 is suppose to be the max level. Because a glitch took you to level 48 I think you'll have to wait for a fix. In the mean time maybe open a ticket with support and see if they have any workarounds.
tier mode also increases enemy health slightly, carrying the upgraded damage out of tier mode would just end up with ridiculously OP weapons
