When I play in dx11 mode now (after patch) I'm good to go until the memory leak hits and wrecks frame rate, usually an hour and a half in each session.
When playing in dx12 I get maybe 15 minutes...

I too have noticed this.. No matter what settings you have for AO it looks like it's pretty much off. The only time it seesm to be there is very select rooms, but 90% of the open world looks kinda...
For the most part me too now. DX11 and no other programs running I got a solid 1.5 hours in before it crashed. So it's better, but still an issue.
Have you checked your ram usage? Mine is over 8gb when in game.

Highly doubtful the patch will fix stuttering. They clearly aren't taking the problem seriously if they're blaming SLI. Their typical response to everyone has been to run windows as bare minimum as...
Nope... glad this might have worked for you, but a lot of people have tried this to no avail. The game engine is causing the stutter, just like FC3.. and Ubi will probably not fix it. :(
