The problem isn't scrolling through the textures (although sub-folders would be amazing).
The problem is that you can only change the texture of one shape at a time. To be honest, I'm surprised...
Thanks for the reply man. The map is indoors, so ziplines are a no-go. I guess I'll have to not be lazy and edit the map limits.
