Patch 1.04 does indeed limit the FPS, however it has removed the huge stuttering for me in de Map Editor (CrossfireX setup)

Not sure if the size (350Mb) means that it does that much, as the patch is cumulative: it incorporates all fixes of 1.01 and 1.02. I am running on 1.01 because 1.02 made my FC3 crash after a few mins...
