Guessing the aoe damage in the raid is significantly higher than anywhere else in the game, leading to your hive being destroyed before it can revive you.
What's wrong with you? These are actual people you're talking about. There's no need to be this rude. It's not a conspiracy to mess up your game. Bugs will happen. Chill out.
Same. The weekly ones I hadn't completed this week that had Blueprint as reward listed magically didn't today. Has to be a bug.

Your first point is already covered, though not by default. There is an option to display group skills in one of the menus.
That would annoy me if my Marksman Rifle needed an extra button press every time i wanted to scope in. If you want default ADS, use a lower powered scope.
Similarly, I remap Interact to E. What this means is in the Inventory, E is mapped to Mod as well as Page Right. If I press E it'll actually switch to the Materials page. What's even stranger is on...
Notice the "Black Tusk have locked down the settlement" text on the left, and the arrow leading to the '?'. You can't fast travel because it's 'locked down'. Go and do that event and it should unlock...
You've enabled 'Normalisation', probably because you just came out of the Dark Zone. Open your inventory and down the bottom, there will be a button to toggle it off, dependent on your gaming...
