I was using the elite target, I tried named, but that took more that one magazine to kill, so I would have to reload and then you get inconsistent...
I looked for this "Rolling Back into Cover" setting, I could not find it
this is the major game mechanic problem in this game

well you're combing your AR & SMG numbers and listing ranges, so hard to say
bottom line, base weapon damage is going to effect total crit hit damage
some guns fire extremely...

all i do to change my gear is swap a piece that has different chc/chd/weapon damage number, and I'm not trying to proc all my talents necessarily, just trying to look at base...
