If we have a plane who turns without altitude variation then we have TnB... otherwise it's always energy fighting (displacement roll, high/low yoyo, bnz).
Personally I try to never use a TnB...

I can say that when you are on a Spit' six you must try the most succesful firing solution: a near snap shot during the Spit turn (because it will turn...).
