If the aircraft is equiped with a tail wheel lock this will also help in counter acting the weather on the runway.

The problem is your flaring to early, try to keep your nose down for a little longer before lifting off..
The buttkickers are a must have IMO, however they do not provide rumble effects for stall warning. For that I use a USB rumble gamepad and attach it to my joystick. In your case you could mount it...
