The game balance is broken in general.
lets say 2 bullets hit someones face in the DZ, pvp.
2 x 250 000 base dmg = 500 000 dmg
remove dmg for armor (65%)
500 000 x 0.35 = 175 000 damage...
Yall sure that the 1,2,3 marks actually do 15, 30, 45 % dmg?
I was under the impression that it extends the time debuffed for each mark and the extra damage is constant 15% as long as any mark is up.
