Did that the other day, it was working fine. Now today, the crashes are happening again. There's now a new type of crash it seems.

We've spent money on this game, that's why we are frustrated! We're not asking them to throw...

Is it not possible for the Connect update to be rolled back? To then dismantle it and find what was causing the issue?
They're literally trying to blame our drivers and the windows update. They're doing everything in their power to not take the blame.
