I'm facing the exact same issue before and after the patch with the same error codes. I've two tickets open with support with no update whatsoever.
I'm also in Cairo, ISP Vodafone.
The same issue continued after the lady 1.1 patch by with different error DELTA 20001004. Another ticket opened #03186244

I've the same problem, a ticket with the reference number 03129738 has not been resolved or updated since the 27th of March. No support or even respect.
