Oh! I think the problem has been solved! I managed to buy the game I wanted to buy! Thankd to David and Ubi-Kay!

I did twice. Last time this morning. I was on the phone for 70 minutes. Customer service couldn’t help me. I think the problem is happening back end. I’m really disappointed with UPlay.

I'm having the same problem right now. I opened a ticket with Steam, but I'll open one with Ubisoft if necessary.
Does this still work? I had a Live Chat with an Ubisoft employee this morning and he said he didn't know how backups were doable... I couldn't find The Division on your list, Ubi-Kay.

Honestly, C'mon... I built my computer myself. I buy AAA and indie game on UPlay, GOG, Steam, Itch and I even bought game on Humble Store when we could download the games on their own...
This is unacceptable. I asked for a refund since I haven't been able to play the game yet.
I'll definitely not recommend this game on PC to anyone and I will never buy from Ubisoft again before...
