Yeah, even though I'm not surprised. Expecting quality design from MSV is like expecting pigs to fly.
You can tell the devs really don't think any of these things through lol. Wonder how long will it be before they change this fail design choice to another fail design choice.
It's pretty concerning that none of the patch notes addressed the issues this skill was having in the PTS.
If that's true then it seems like they should be the ones who make The Division 3 if that ever happens.

The damage is fine, but the clunkiness can mess up ones APM and it's job at area denial is bad. We're looking at a DPS version of the Repair Trap that looks good on paper...
