A) deal no damage
and B) can be stopped, interrupted, parried, guardbroken and this, get's him punished

Yeah, the thing is, cartoonz has "bad" enemies who can't reliably counter-guardbreak and(/or dodge. They simply eat the damage he throws at them without parrying, dodging or guardbreaking.
Playing as the Lawbringer is like always having to fight an uphill battle.
Sure you *can* win and defeat the enemy eventually by parrying and always doing the head-boop-top-light attack.
While I honor your guide and all the work you put into it (and I'm a fellow Lawbringer on Rep3), i gotta say:

If you add this type of realism, you might as well add that Samurai's swords should break when parried/get damaged when parried by a Knight's blade or Viking's leatherarmor is nerfed.
