Thorber910 is correct. You can find them around the area where you first meet Karoosh. If you open the world map you will see a Yak on it. Do a couple laps around that area, and if you don't find one...
Well I guess he will just continue to play the game in black and white, and I will leave him alone. Seems very silly.
