It is integrally suppressed, and it can be seen when the weapon is picked by the icon and by the sound. Integrated suppressors can not be changed and muzzle can not be fitted on top of suppressor....

This game currently has the worst possible automatic camera shoulder swap function altogether with auto cover system which mostly hurts player and never help. For me, at least.
