Seems like "dynamic resolution" lowering yours resolution because, well, your PC muuuch below system requirements for high/ very high...
I'm sure they will just downgrade something for minor performance improvements and that's all, because only possible true fix is to remove VMP, but they not gona do this and just continue to deny...
