Just jumped on here to say that I am having the exact same problem - been working with Ubisoft support after opening a ticket on it, and we have tried everything under the sun - with nothing helping....
So I have this exact same problem, and I have been working with Ubisoft support for almost two days now - we have exhaustively tried every single step that I can think of - from reseting my hosts...
I am having the exact same issue - I opened a ticket with Ubisoft about it. I've tried everything I can think of on my end. :(
