I got my refund from Google more than a week ago. Today my app had been updated, and I got my lost premium status back. I wonder if this is a "we're sorry" from Ubisoft, or if they've still not...

Yes, since the premium feature tends to disappear after awhile, it should be removed, and all who paid for it should get full refund. Or else it looks like a scam.
